This position will assist the Care Managers with the management of patient caseloads by providing prompt response to telephone inquiries, reviewing laboratory results, investigation of insurance benefits as needed and other issues of a clinical nature as requested. The CMA will work as an integral team player providing support to the Care Managers as needed.
Minimum Licensed Practical Nurse required
Superb customer service, telephone and communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize duties
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
