Methodist Charlton Medical Center is seeking a Nursing Clinical Coordinator for the Medical Neuro Unit.

Job Purpose: The Nursing Clinical Coordinator will assist the Nurse Manager in achieving an environment of excellence in clinical quality, safety, and service. They will support the Vision, Values, Mission, and Strategic Plans of MHS. In addition, they will function as a staff nurse and/or relief charge nurse as needed on his/her assigned unit as well as assume a nursing leadership role as delegated by the Nurse Manager.

Education

Bachelor degree in Nursing preferred
Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing

Licenses and/or Certifications (Required and Preferred)

Current CPR certification required.
National certification in specialty area or will obtain within one year or minimal amount of time that requirements can be met.
Texas RN License

Computer literate and knowledgeable of varied software, knowledge of general keyboarding principles, willing to learn more advanced computer skills.
