The Congestive Heart Failure Unit is an innovative, comprehensive inpatient and outpatient service.  The inpatient unit provides specialized, high quality care for patients with Stage II to IV heart failure.  We specialize in CHF management with holistic assessments andn telemetry monitoring.  We utilize and monitor inotropic and vasodilatory infusions, as well as ultrafiltration therapy. We are a 20 bed unit.

We currently have  36 hr day shift and  36 hr night shift positions available.


Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working as an RN, prefer acute care with telemetry experience
  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with current Connecticut registration.  BSN preferred.
  • Knowledge of current nursing, medical and health trends and practices in rendering of patient care.
  • Ability to act in a professional capacity and serve as a professional role model.
