This clinical expert will use leadership skills and clinical expertise throughout the ED, Trauma Intermediate unit and critical care units to perform evidence-based practice, collaboration, consultation, education, mentoring, and change leadership. Must have MSN, current Florida RN license, BLS, ACLS, ER Nurse specialty certification and CNS Certification combined with 5 years Trauma ED and/or critical care experience. Must have educator skills, leader skills and Service Excellence skills.
