Provides administrative direction and supervision for the University Health System’s dialysis program. Works with the Medical Director(s) to plan, organize, supervise, evaluate and administer activities of the various dialysis programs. Promotes the University Health System Customer Relation’s policy.
Current RN license in the State of Texas. Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required. ADNs/Diplomas must hold a national certification for consideration. Two year's experience as the clinical nurse supervisor/charge nurse/administrator and /or director of a free standing or hospital dialysis unit is required. Three or more years as the administrator/director of a multi-system dialysis operation is preferred.
