POSITION SUMMARY:
The Newborn Nursery Registered Nurse is a professional nurse who coordinates the delivery of nursing care for newborn infants during the transitional and ongoing hospital stay. The Newborn Nursery Registered Nurse participates in family teaching, provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensure/certification/registration: CPR Certification / Current RN licensure in the State of Texas
Experience Required: NRP within 6 months of employment
Experience Preferred: Bilingual: English/Spanish
