Froedtert Hospital is a growing, Magnet-designated hospital that’s known for collaboration, innovation and excellence in care and service. We’re expanding and looking for nursing professionals who are eager to grow with us. In response to the growing health care needs of the community, we’re building a Resource Pool that will assist our Critical Care and Medical/Surgical units. We will be hiring full-time and part-time registered nurses who are committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive health care.
Froedtert Health is currently seeking Staff Registered Nurses to join our Med/Surgical Resource Pool. The RNs will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of primary patients according to Froedtert Health’s professional practice model. These individuals will demonstrate increasing competency in the delivery of care to a primarily adult population.
Requirements
- Two years of education at an accredited School of Nursing, or eligibility for licensure as a registered nurse
- Two years of clinical nursing experience
- State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License, or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact
- Current CPR certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
At this time, new graduates are not eligible for these positions.
