Job Details:
  • Coordinates the care from intake,diagnosis, treatment and follow up. Manages the coordination of the diagnostic and staging testing for patients seeking a multidisciplinary approach for the Breast, GI and Lung populations. Organizes the multidisciplinary patient conferences. Presents patients as required. Functions as the primary nurse in the multidisciplinary clinics. Assist with procedures, coordination of surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Triages patient calls that include symptom management. Obtains precertifications for medications or dianostics as required. Will cross train into other areas of the service line.
