The professional who fills this role will: - Conduct training of the Home Health Aides
- Perform field nurse competency evaluations as necessary, and function as preceptor
- Assess the educational needs of the staff and report such to the Director of Education

- RN with experience training HHAs
- Conversational Spanish
- Prior home care experience (CHHA, Licensed or LTHHC)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
