The responsibilities of the Utilization Review Manager will include: - Fulfilling the responsibilities of oversight for Utilization Review department and staff
- Evaluating needs for alternative training and assessment of staff
- Providing on-sight corrective action when needed
- Identifying any cases with potential quality or utilization concern
- Discussing and documenting any concerns, complaints and/or issues with Chief Medical Officer

- 8+ years experience, including 4+ years clinical experience
- RN
- Case management/workers compensation experience
- Thorough knowledge of ERISA and HIPAA legislation
- Leadership background
- Strong computer skills
