Travel on the enchanted Seine River aboard the AMA Waterways' MS AmaLego for a 7-night cruise beginning in the "city of lights", Paris. Enjoy a visit to Vernon and tour the house and gardens of the impressionist master, Claude Monet. Continue to Rouen, the historic capital of Normandy where you will see the Notre Dame Cathedral (painted numerous times by Monet), visit the square where Joan of Arc was martyred and choose between a "D-Day Remembered" tour or Pays d'Auge and Historic Caen. From here we'll travel to Les Andelys where you'll have a chance to visit the southern bank of the Seine known for its historic port and picturesque houses or tour Normandy's famous abbey's. We're then off to Conflans where you can visit the Chateau Malmaison, home to Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte and his Empress Josephine or take an "Artists Walk" tour where you'll visit the "Home of Van Gogh" and many others.
